Services to be performed: Continued removal of surface dirt, leaves, windscreen maintenance, gazebo powerwashing, net maintenance, and algae removal, as needed.

Future services (if desired) to be performed:

• Powerwash windscreens

• Semi-annual or annual powerwash to remove deeper staining and surface dirt.

• Mild bleach treatment, as needed, to inhibit future mold growth.
