Recommended Service and Maintenance
Now that the court has been freed of mold and dangerous, slippery algae, the recommendation is for continued future cleaning and maintenance on a monthly or bi-monthly schedule. Between cleanings and service, the court should be blown off and freed of organic debris by in-house landscaping/maintenance staff 2-3 times per week, or as needed. Regular drying/clearing of puddles after rain and/or water broom use will have a profound effect on court maintenance and health. Basically, it needs to stay free of leaves and dry, as much as possible. If it does get wet, minimizing the time of puddles + leaves will greatly reduce future mold growth.
Future services (if desired) to be performed:
Removal of remaining surface dirt
Replacement of failing windscreen rope
Fence line powerwashing and landscape maintenance
Small touch ups, as needed, from mold removal service
Mild bleach treatment, as needed, to inhibit future mold growth.
